High Quality Extraction

BioXpedia offers sample preparation and high-quality extraction of all molecules of interest – DNA, RNA species and proteins – for any downstream analysis. Our extraction service can be used in combination with our other downstream analysis, or as a stand-alone service.

We use robotic pipetting whenever possible to minimize variation, and we quality control samples before analyses.

Sample Types for Extraction

Our skilled laboratory technicians are experienced with most sample types, and all extractions are performed according to standard operational procedures (SOPs). Human samples are pseudoanonymized and will be handled according to data processing agreement. Some common sample types include:

  • Fresh or frozen tissue
  • EDTA blood
  • Serum, plasma and whole blood
  • PAXgene® Tubes
  • True Culture® Tubes
  • Any biofluid, such as CSF, tear, urine
  • Cell lysate or medium
  • Formalin fixed tissue (FFPE)
