BioXpedia offers digital PCR (dPCR) which enables RNA/DNA quantification with superior accuracy, precision and reproducibility.
dPCR needs no standard curve or reference samples, and the technology excels in complex samples of low target abundancy and high wild-type background. 5 detection channels allow for multiplexed quantification.

Sample Types for dPCR
DNA and RNA extracted from all sources can be used as templates for dPCR. It is important with a high purity of the nucleic acids, as contaminants (such as proteins, salts, EDTA and phenol/chloroform) can interfere with the enzymatic reactions and fluorescence detection. Our lab can assist with high quality extraction from most biological samples.
